Is One Tree Hill tv series a good one?

I am thinking about watching it but I haven't seen one single episode yet and I am curious about it. Is it good? Have you seen it?
A2: I've watched it from Season 1 to the end on One Tree Hill DVD and I like it. I suggest watching them in order so you don't get lost.
